Refund & Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective).

Refund Process

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
